Pelipper

Pelipper (Japanese: ペリッパー Pelipper) is a dual-type Water/Flying Pokémon introduced in Generation III. It evolves from Wingull starting at level 25. Pelipper resembles a pelican, with a large yellow bill that extends down its underside. Its body is predominantly white, with blue accents on its head and wing tips. Pelipper uses its large bill to scoop up food from the sea, and can swallow large quantities at once, such as up to 30 Wishiwashi. They commonly reside on steep seaside cliffs, and use their bills to carry young, food, or other small Pokémon. Pelipper is a prominent Pokémon in the Pokémon games, appearing in main series games and often as mail carriers or island residents in the Pokémon Mystery Dungeon series, where they are closely tied to missions. Some Pelipper possess the Keen Eye ability, preventing accuracy reduction, while others have the Drizzle ability, creating rain and enhancing Water-type moves.
