Ralts

Ralts (Japanese: ラルトス) is a dual-type Psychic/Fairy Pokémon introduced in Generation III. Prior to Generation VI, it was a pure Psychic-type. Ralts is a small, humanoid Pokémon with a white body, wide legs, teardrop arms, and long green bangs covering most of its face, with two red horns on its head and occasionally visible red eyes. Ralts uses its horns to sense the emotions of people and Pokémon. Positive emotions make it braver, while negative emotions make it hide. It will feel warmer if its trainer or nearby Pokémon are ecstatic. Ralts evolves into Kirlia at level 20, which evolves into Gardevoir at level 30, or Gallade if it is a male Kirlia using a Dawn Stone. Ralts' design is possibly based on a child and the concept of empathy, drawing inspiration from shy, sensitive characters with their eyes obscured by hair.
