Kirlia

Kirlia (Japanese: キルリア Kirlia) is a dual-type Psychic/Fairy Pokémon introduced in Generation III. Before Generation VI, it was a pure Psychic-type. Kirlia evolves from Ralts starting at level 20, and can evolve into either Gardevoir (if male or female) or Gallade (if male and exposed to a Dawn Stone). Kirlia is a bipedal, humanoid Pokémon with a white upper body and green legs, resembling a ballet dancer with a tutu. It has red horn-like structures on the sides of its head, akin to hair clips. Kirlia is known for its empathy and can sense the positive emotions of its trainer, which enhances its beauty and energy. It loves to dance on sunny mornings and uses its psychokinetic powers to distort the air, creating mirages and even seeing into the future. Kirlia is often found in urban areas or forests. Its design is likely inspired by ballet dancers, and its name is possibly derived from Kirlian photography, a technique believed to capture auras.
