Shroomish

Shroomish, known as Kinococo in Japanese, is a Grass-type Pokémon introduced in Generation III. It resembles a mushroom, with a beige upper body marked by green spots and a green lower body, supported by small, round feet. It has no visible arms. Shroomish inhabits tropical forests, hiding under leaves in the shade and feeding on composted soil. When threatened, it shakes its body to release toxic spores from the top of its head. These spores can cause plants to wilt and induce body pain if inhaled. Shroomish evolves into Breloom starting at level 23. Its abilities include Effect Spore or Poison Heal, with Quick Feet as its hidden ability. Shroomish is a common Pokémon that can be found in the wild and may sometimes hold items like Tiny Mushrooms or Big Mushrooms.
