Manectric

Manectric (Japanese: ライボルト, Raiboruto) is an Electric-type Pokémon introduced in Generation III. It evolves from Electrike starting at level 26 and can Mega Evolve into Mega Manectric using the Manectite. Manectric is a canine-like Pokémon with a primarily blue body, accented with yellow mane and spikes. It stores static electricity in its mane and discharges it, often causing forest fires. It is known to inhabit grasslands and areas where lightning has struck. In battle, Manectric creates thunderclouds and uses lightning bolts to attack. Mega Manectric’s mane becomes larger, and it can move at the speed of lightning, but the increased electricity makes it irritable. In games, Manectric's Abilities can be either Static or Lightningrod, while Mega Manectric has the Intimidate Ability. It's a popular Pokémon, appearing in anime, manga, and the trading card game.
