Roselia

Roselia (Japanese: ロゼリア Roselia) is a dual-type Grass/Poison Pokémon introduced in Generation III. It is a small, green, bipedal Pokémon with three thorns on its head and holds a rose in each hand—a red one in its right hand and a blue one in its left. Roselia’s body is covered by a single leaf with a yellow stripe, with female Roselia having a longer leaf skirt than males. It is said that Roselia's aroma brings serenity, but the thorns on its head contain a vicious poison. It uses different poisons from each hand when it attacks and the healthier it is, the more pleasant its flowers’ aroma. Roselia typically lives in grassy areas and drinks nutrient-rich spring water, which is said to cause their flowers to show rare colors. In battle, Roselia shoots sharp thorns at anything that tries to steal its flowers. Roselia evolves from Budew when leveled up with high friendship during the day, and can evolve into Roserade when exposed to a Shiny Stone.
