Gulpin

Gulpin (Japanese: ゴクリン Gokurin) is a Poison-type Pokémon introduced in Generation III. It has a round, green body with a black diamond marking on its back and a yellow feather-like adornment on its head. Gulpin has no distinct eyes, but rather two small slits, and possesses short, stubby appendages. Its defining feature is its enormous stomach, allowing it to swallow objects as large as itself whole and digest almost anything with its unique stomach acid. Male Gulpin have a larger head feather than females. Gulpin evolves into Swalot starting at level 26. In Pokémon GO, Gulpin was first released in December 2017, with its Shiny form appearing in February 2023. Gulpin also makes appearances in various Pokémon games, such as in the Pokémon Mystery Dungeon series, and has been featured in the anime, such as an episode where multiple Gulpin consumed a large amount of food in a harbor city and numerous encounters with the main characters in other episodes.
