Feebas

Feebas (Japanese: ヒンバス Hinbass) is a Water-type Pokémon introduced in Generation III. Known as the 'Fish Pokémon,' Feebas has a shabby appearance with a light brown body covered in dark, irregular spots resembling a chocolate chip cookie. It has tattered blue fins and a triangular dorsal fin with a hole in the middle. Despite its unattractive look, Feebas is a hardy Pokémon capable of surviving in various environments, including both fresh and salt water, even in weed-choked ponds or polluted streams. Feebas tend to cluster in specific locations and are considered easy to catch due to their dim wits. This Pokémon is notable for evolving into the beautiful Milotic, either by maximizing its Beauty stat or by trading it while holding a Prism Scale. Feebas embodies the 'ugly duckling' theme, highlighting hidden beauty and potential despite its initial appearance.
