Chimecho

Chimecho (Japanese: チリーン Chiriin) is a Psychic-type Pokémon introduced in Generation III. It resembles a wind chime, with a blue and red body, a yellow suction cup-like growth on its head, and a ribbon-like tail. Chimecho evolves from Chingling by leveling up with high friendship at night. It can emit ultrasonic waves to defend itself and uses its tail to gather food. Chimecho is a nocturnal Pokémon, often active in warm weather, inhabiting grasslands and forests, and occasionally appearing in mountainous areas. In the Pokémon anime, Chimecho was formerly owned by Team Rocket's James and became known for its unique chime. Chimecho is capable of producing seven distinct cries for communication.
