Absol

Absol (アブソル) is a Dark-type Pokémon introduced in Generation III. It resembles a feline with white fur, a dark blue face, and a scythe-like tail and horn. Absol is often misunderstood as a bringer of disaster, but it actually has the ability to predict natural disasters and tries to warn people. The horn on its head can sense subtle changes in the sky and land. Absol lives in remote mountains, rarely venturing down. It can Mega Evolve into Mega Absol using the Absolite, gaining wing-like fur and a fearsome aura. Despite its power, Absol dislikes fighting. It appears in anime, manga, and games, and is a relatively well-known Pokémon. Its design might be based on the Bai Ze from Chinese mythology or Japanese legends of disaster-predicting creatures. In Pokémon games, Absol is a rare Pokémon with high attack power but low defenses. It learns various moves through leveling up, breeding, and TMs. Absol's abilities include Pressure and Super Luck, with Justified as its hidden ability. In Pokémon Sleep, Absol gathers ingredients like 'Relaxing Cacao,' but is considered rare and difficult to catch.
