Wynaut

Wynaut (Japanese: ソーナノ Sohnano) is a Psychic-type Baby Pokémon introduced in Generation III of the Pokémon franchise, known as “Pocket Monsters” in Japan. Wynaut is characterized by its small, round blue body, which resembles a skirt, and its black tail with a white eye-like spot at the end. It has ear-like appendages that act as arms and small, spherical feet, and it always sports a smile. Wynaut typically lives in caves in herds and enjoys strengthening itself by huddling together at night. While constantly smiling, its emotions can be determined by observing its tail; for example, it slaps the ground with its tail when angered. Wynaut is known for its love of sweet fruits and is often drawn to orchards. It evolves into Wobbuffet starting at level 15. In the anime, Wynaut often appears as a mischievous and opportunistic character, known for stealing food when others are distracted. The name "Wynaut" is a play on the English phrase "Why not?", while its Japanese name, "Sohnano," is similar in pronunciation to "Really?" or "Is that so?", creating a conversational link to its evolution Wobbuffet.
