Regirock, known as レジロック in Japanese, is a Rock-type Legendary Pokémon introduced in Generation III. It is one of the Legendary Titans, created by Regigigas, alongside Regice, Registeel, Regieleki, and Regidrago. Regirock resembles a massive golem constructed from various rocks, with its body composed of different stones sourced from around the world, giving it a patchwork appearance. It has seven orange dots on its head arranged in the shape of an 'H.' Regirock is renowned for its exceptionally high defense and its ability to repair its body by finding and replacing new rocks after taking damage in battle. It lacks any discernible internal organs like a brain or heart, which makes it an enigma to scientists. Legend states that it was sealed away by ancient people, but in modern times, it remains a powerful adversary capable of utilizing various Rock-type attacks. Regirock has appeared in anime, manga, and games, making it a unique and mysterious presence in the Pokémon world.
