Registeel (Japanese: レジスチル Rejisuchiru) is a Steel-type Legendary Pokémon introduced in Generation III. It is one of the five Regis, along with Regirock, Regice, Regieleki, and Regidrago. Registeel has a silver and dark gray, golem-like appearance with seven red dots on its face. Its body is made of a substance harder than any known metal, believed to have been forged under immense underground pressure over thousands of years. Despite its hardness, the metal is flexible and its body is said to be hollow. Registeel is said to have been created by Regigigas and is connected to ancient civilizations. Known for its extremely high defense, it uses Steel-type moves like Iron Head and Flash Cannon, and can also utilize other types of attacks. Registeel does not evolve. It appears in numerous Pokémon games, prized for its unique capture method and formidable strength.
