Latios

Latios is a dual-type Dragon/Psychic Legendary Pokémon introduced in Generation III. It is the male counterpart of the eon duo, alongside Latias. Latios has a blue, streamlined body, with jet-like wings and red eyes. It is described as gentle and avoids conflict, preferring to fly at supersonic speeds by tucking its forelegs to minimize air resistance. Latios is highly intelligent, understanding human speech and using telepathy to sense emotions. It can also refract light to make itself invisible. Latios can Mega Evolve into Mega Latios, where its blue parts turn purple and it gains larger wings and enhanced power. In various stories, Latios often acts as a guardian, exhibiting great strength and self-sacrifice. It is featured prominently in the games and anime as a legendary and powerful Pokémon, coveted by trainers.
