Cherrim

Cherrim (チェリム) is a Grass-type Pokémon introduced in Generation IV. It evolves from Cherubi and has two forms: Overcast Form and Sunshine Form. In its Overcast Form, Cherrim appears as a closed bud with purple petals, while in its Sunshine Form, it blooms into a pink flower. This transformation occurs in strong sunlight, during which Cherrim becomes more active and excitable, also experiencing a boost to its Attack and Special Defense stats. Cherrim’s form change is tied to weather conditions, making it a unique Pokémon in battle. It has appeared in various Pokémon games, such as Pokémon Diamond and Pearl, Pokémon GO, and Pokémon Legends: Arceus. The design of Cherrim is inspired by how flowers react to light, its Overcast Form resembling a tulip bud and its Sunshine Form resembling cherry blossoms.
