Ambipom, known as Eteboosu in Japanese, is a Normal-type Pokémon introduced in Generation IV. It evolves from Aipom when leveled up while knowing the move Double Hit. Ambipom is a purple, simian Pokémon characterized by its two tails, each ending in a large, rounded hand with three red-tipped fingers and frills around the wrists. It has round ears with red insides, a purple, triangular nose, and wide eyes. Female Ambipom have longer hair on their heads compared to males. Ambipom rarely uses its arms after evolving, relying on its dexterous tails for various tasks, such as peeling nuts. They live in groups in wooded areas and communicate by linking tails, sometimes forming rings with humans as well. Ambipom shows affection by hugging with its tails.
