Toxicroak

Toxicroak, known as Dokurog in Japanese, is a dual-type Poison/Fighting Pokémon introduced in Generation IV. It resembles a poison dart frog with dark blue skin and an orange throat. Toxicroak has orange poisonous claws on its hands and orange middle toes. Male Toxicroak have larger throat sacs than females. This Pokémon can enhance the potency of its poison by croaking, and it attacks with its poisonous claws, with a single scratch capable of defeating opponents. Toxicroak's personality varies, sometimes being cruel and fearsome, and other times laid-back, enjoying relaxing on rocks and in marshes, observing its surroundings. It evolves from Croagunk and is related to Seismitoad. In the anime, Toxicroak is a representative Pokémon of Team Galactic member Saturn and has a rivalry with Ash's Croagunk. It has appeared in various other anime scenes and manga. Toxicroak's design is based on the poison dart frog, with its hand claws possibly inspired by the hairy frog or ninja assassin's wrist blades.
