Electivire

Electivire (Japanese: エレキブル Elekible) is an Electric-type Pokémon introduced in Generation IV. It evolves from Electabuzz when traded while holding an Electirizer, and is the final evolution of Elekid. Electivire is a humanoid Pokémon covered in yellow fur with black stripes. It appears to lack a neck, and has red eyes, a black spot on its forehead, and antennae with bulbous tips. A pattern on its back resembles an electric outlet. Its cheeks and shoulders have spiky, ruffled fur. It has two black tails with red, rounded ends that resemble electrical wires. Electivire is said to have the best electrical-energy output of all Electric-type Pokémon, and has impressive physical strength. It is known for recklessly ignoring enemy attacks, and it shocks opponents with over 20,000 volts by pressing its tail tips against them. When excited, it thumps its chest, causing thunder and sparks. Its voltage increases during battles, and its power output is related to its pulse. Electivire typically feeds on electric currents but has been seen eating fruit. One Electivire can power a large city for a year. Its ability, Motor Drive, negates Electric-type attacks and increases its speed.
