Gliscor (Japanese: グライオン Guraion) is a dual-type Ground/Flying Pokémon introduced in Generation IV. It evolves from Gligar when leveled up while holding a Razor Fang at night. Gliscor resembles a large, mainly blue-purple vampire bat-like Pokémon, partially clad in an insect-like carapace. It has two-toed legs, a tail with two barbs resembling fangs, large red pincer-like arms, and black wings. Gliscor has visible fangs, reinforcing its vampiric nature. Being nocturnal, it hangs upside down from trees to observe prey, grabbing them with its tail and biting their necks with its long fangs to suck their blood. Gliscor flies by gliding using winds and updrafts, as opposed to flapping its wings like birds, and it can use echolocation to navigate. Gliscor is extremely rare in the wild, mainly found in thick pine forests, swamps, and even alpine regions.
