Rotom

Rotom is a unique Pokémon, first introduced in Generation IV. It is a dual-type Electric/Ghost Pokémon known for its distinctive form-changing ability. Rotom can possess various electrical appliances such as microwaves, washing machines, refrigerators, fans, and lawnmowers, changing its form and secondary type based on the possessed appliance. For instance, it becomes a Fire-type Heat Rotom when possessing a microwave and a Water-type Wash Rotom when possessing a washing machine. It is notable for its mischievous personality and unique abilities in both the games and anime. Besides these appliance forms, Rotom can also possess smartphones (Rotom Phone), Pokédexes (Rotom Pokédex), and drones (Drone Rotom), showcasing a variety of forms. Rotom's origin may be related to ball lightning, and its body is made of plasma, allowing it to freely move between electronic devices, often causing both trouble and surprises.
