Azelf

Azelf (Japanese: アグノム Agnome) is a Psychic-type Legendary Pokémon introduced in Generation IV. It is part of the lake guardians, along with Uxie and Mesprit, and is known as the Being of Willpower. Azelf is a small, grayish-blue, fairy-like Pokémon with two long tails, each tipped with a red jewel. It also has a red gem on its forehead and a cone-shaped head with a flat, helmet-like extension. According to legend, Azelf lives at the bottom of Lake Valor to maintain world peace. Azelf is said to have given humans the determination needed to face any of life’s difficulties. It is also believed to have the power to control the will of its opponents and turn them into its own puppets. Azelf has made appearances in multiple Pokémon games, and has been featured in the anime and manga. It's considered a crucial Legendary Pokémon within the Pokémon universe.
