Regigigas

Regigigas, known as レジギガス in Japanese, is a Normal-type Legendary Pokémon introduced in Generation IV. It is considered the master of the Legendary giants, and it is said to have created Regirock, Regice, Registeel, Regieleki, and Regidrago. According to legend, Regigigas has the power to move continents, connecting landmasses to form the present-day Pokémon world. Its appearance is that of a large white golem with black stripes and yellow accents. Regigigas is often found slumbering deep within the Snowpoint Temple, and only awakens when the player brings Regirock, Regice, and Registeel to its location. Additionally, its ability, Slow Start, drastically reduces its Attack and Speed at the beginning of battle, representing its need to fully awaken its power. Regigigas has also made appearances in various Pokémon anime and manga series, such as in Giratina and the Sky Warrior and Pokémon Generations.
