Oshawott

Oshawott, known as Mijumaru in Japanese, is a Water-type Pokémon from the Pokémon franchise. It was first introduced in Generation V as one of the three starter Pokémon in Pokémon Black and White. Oshawott resembles a bipedal sea otter pup, characterized by its white head, light blue body, and dark blue ears, feet, and tail. A notable feature is the pale yellow seashell, called a "scalchop," on its belly. This scalchop, made of the same material as its claws, serves as both a weapon for slashing and a shield for defense, also used to crack open hard berries. Oshawott evolves into Dewott and then into Samurott (or Hisuian Samurott). It is popular among players as a starter Pokémon and appears in various Pokémon media, including the anime, manga, and trading card game. It is also available in games like Pokémon GO. The design of Oshawott is inspired by sea otters and Japanese samurai, with its Japanese name "Mijumaru" reflecting this inspiration.
