Panpour (Japanese: ヒヤップ Hiyappu) is a Water-type Pokémon introduced in Generation V. It is one of the elemental monkeys, the other two being the Grass-type Pansage and the Fire-type Pansear. Panpour is a simian Pokémon with a blue and cream-colored body. It has oval eyes that are usually closed, a wave-like crest on top of its head where it stores nutrient-rich water, and large, light blue ears. Its muzzle, lower body, and slender forelimbs are cream-colored, and its tail has a clover-shaped tip. Panpour is often found near water sources and can spray water from its tail to keep itself damp or water plants. It evolves into Simipour when exposed to a Water Stone. Panpour's design is based on a monkey, with its head crest resembling a fountain or a water spout. Along with the other elemental monkeys, it is also inspired by the Three Wise Monkeys, with Panpour's closed eyes representing 'see no evil'.
