Simipour, known as Hiyakkie (ヒヤッキー) in Japanese, is a Water-type Pokémon introduced in Generation V. It is the evolved form of Panpour. Simipour resembles a blue monkey with dreadlock-like blue hair and a tail that ends in a spout shape. Its design is inspired by the three wise monkeys, specifically the one that 'sees no evil.' Simipour stores water in the tuft on its head, and when the water level gets low, it replenishes it by siphoning up water with its tail. It can also shoot high-pressure water from its tail, with enough force to destroy a concrete wall. Simipour prefers places with clean water. As part of the Pokémon series, Simipour has its own unique abilities and battle style. It has appeared in the anime and games, and has various merchandise.
