Maractus

Maractus, known in Japanese as Marakacchi (マラカッチ), is a Grass-type Pokémon introduced in Generation V. It resembles a cactus, with two ear-like extensions protruding from its head, each topped with a lavender flower. Maractus's body is primarily two shades of green, with a lighter green as the main color and a darker green for accents. It has yellow eyes and a zigzagged mouth. Maractus moves rhythmically, creating a sound similar to maracas, which it uses to scare away bird Pokémon that may try to eat the seeds in its flowers. It inhabits arid regions, like deserts, and spreads its nutrient-rich seeds once a year. Maractus does not evolve.
