Gothitelle

Gothitelle (Japanese: ゴチルゼル Gothiruselle) is a Psychic-type Pokémon introduced in Generation V. It evolves from Gothorita starting at level 41 and is the final form of Gothita. Gothitelle is a humanoid Pokémon with a primarily black body, a purple face and hands. Its body is split into four progressively-larger tiers, each adorned with a white bow on the front, as well as a white bow on its head. It has white discs around its wrists. Gothitelle possesses immense psychic power, capable of distorting space to reveal distant stars and past events. It can predict the future by observing the stars, and often weeps when it foresees the lifespan of its trainer. It is said that some who have seen their fate through a Gothitelle have disappeared. Gothitelle's design draws inspiration from Gothic lolita fashion, and its ability to predict the future from the stars alludes to astrologists and Romani people.
