Deerling

Deerling (Japanese: シキジカ Shikijika) is a dual-type Normal/Grass Pokémon introduced in Generation V. It changes its appearance based on the season. Deerling resembles a deer fawn, with its coat turning pink in spring, green in summer, orange in autumn, and brown in winter. It has a yellow flower-like tuft on its head and emits different scents depending on the season. Deerling is generally docile but will hide in tall grass when threatened. As a herbivore, it feeds on young shoots, sometimes leading farmers to view it as a pest. Despite this, it enjoys human companionship and bonds with those who feed it. Deerling evolves into Sawsbuck starting at level 34.
