Frillish

Frillish (Japanese: プルリル Pururill) is a dual-type Water/Ghost Pokémon introduced in Generation V. It is a jellyfish-like Pokémon with different appearances depending on gender. Male Frillish are blue with a frilly collar similar to a clown and a triangular crown, while female Frillish are pink with a ruffled collar and a round crown. Both genders have a crown-like hairstyle. Frillish inhabits deep sea areas and can withstand extreme pressure and darkness, paralyzing prey with poisonous spikes on its tentacles before dragging them to their deep dens. Frillish evolves into Jellicent. In the anime, Jessie also owns a female Frillish. Frillish's design may be inspired by the Nurarihyon, a jellyfish yōkai, or deep-sea jellyfish, and also influenced by the image of princes and princesses.
