Klink

Klink (Japanese: ギアル Giaru) is a Steel-type Pokémon introduced in Generation V. It resembles two interlocking gears, each with an X-shaped eye and a round eye, as well as a green, nose-like structure and a small mouth. Klink generates energy by spinning and is a fixed pair, unable to combine with other Klink. It is said that Klink's existence inspired the invention of gears. Klink evolves into Klang at level 38, and then into Klinklang at level 49. Klink possesses the abilities Plus or Minus, which can boost an ally's stats in Double Battles if the ally has the opposite ability. Its hidden ability is Clear Body, which prevents its stats from being lowered. Klink can learn moves like Gear Grind and Shift Gear, and learns various Steel and Normal-type moves by leveling up. Klink debuted in Pokémon Black and White and is considered a relatively new species, having been recorded about 100 years ago.
