Pawniard

Pawniard (コマタナ) is a dual-type Dark/Steel Pokémon introduced in Generation V. It resembles a small, bipedal warrior or bandit, covered in metallic armor. It has a red and black rounded head with a silver blade extending from the front, a gray face with yellow eyes, and sharp blades all over its body. Pawniard typically travels in groups led by a Bisharp, their evolved form. When hunting, it clings to prey and repeatedly stabs it with its blades until it’s immobilized. Afterward, it clangs the blades on its arms together. Pawniard constantly sharpens its blades on river stones to maintain their edge. Known for its courage, it fights even when injured, relying on its exoskeleton for protection. Its evolutionary line is Pawniard evolving into Bisharp at level 52, and Bisharp evolving into Kingambit after defeating three Bisharp with a Leader's Crest.
