Cobalion

Cobalion is a dual-type Steel/Fighting Legendary Pokémon introduced in Generation V and is considered the leader of the Swords of Justice. It resembles a goat, with an aqua blue body, eight black dots, and a white tuft of fur around its neck. Cobalion possesses a heart and body of steel, and it is said that its glare can make disobedient Pokémon submit. Legend states that it fought against humans to protect Pokémon. It has a calm and collected demeanor, though it harbors distrust towards humans. Cobalion can create energy blades from its head and demonstrates strong leadership abilities. It shares a resemblance to Iron Crown, a Paradox Pokémon believed to be a future relative. Cobalion has appeared in the Pokémon anime series, manga, and as a book image in Pokémon: Twilight Wings. Cobalion's design is likely inspired by mountain goats, while its character is likely based on Athos from "The Three Musketeers", being the oldest and de facto leader of the group.
