Espurr

Espurr (Japanese: ニャスパー, Nyasper) is a Psychic-type Pokémon introduced in Generation VI. It is known as the 'Restraint Pokémon' in the Pokédex. Espurr is a small, bipedal feline Pokémon with pale lavender fur, white-tipped ears and paws, and a short, curled tail. Its most notable features are its wide, purple eyes and its large, folded ears. Underneath these ears are yellow, ring-shaped organs that emit its powerful psychic energy. To prevent its powers from leaking out of control, Espurr keeps its ears folded. It has enough psychic energy to blast everything within a 300-foot radius, yet it struggles to control it. Despite its blank expression, it's constantly battling to restrain its devastating psychic abilities. Espurr evolves into Meowstic starting at level 25. Espurr has made several appearances in the Pokémon anime, such as being the sole resident of an abandoned mansion in 'Seeking Shelter from the Storm!'
