Swirlix (ペロッパフ), also known as the Cotton Candy Pokémon, is a Fairy-type Pokémon introduced in Generation VI. It is characterized by its small, round body covered in fluffy white fur, resembling a piece of cotton candy. Swirlix has oval-shaped red eyes, a tiny red nose, and two pink-tipped, ear-like tufts of fur on its head. Its tail is long and pink, resembling a stick. Swirlix is known for its love of sweets, which causes its fur to become as sticky as cotton candy. It often uses sticky white threads to entangle opponents. In battle, Swirlix uses these threads to restrict enemy movements. It consumes its own weight in sugar daily and becomes very grumpy if it doesn't get enough. Swirlix evolves into Slurpuff when traded while holding a Whipped Dream. In Pokémon GO, Swirlix can be found in the wild or hatched from eggs. It uses moves like Tackle, Draining Kiss, and Energy Ball.
