Tyrunt (Japanese: チゴラス Chigoras) is a dual-type Rock/Dragon Fossil Pokémon introduced in Generation VI. It can be revived from the Jaw Fossil. Tyrunt resembles a juvenile Tyrannosaurus Rex with a brown, rocky scaled body, arched back, and a gray lower jaw and underbelly. It has a large head with four sharp fangs, tiny forelimbs, and powerful hind legs. Around its neck is a fringe of white spiny scales, and it has two orange spikes atop its head and one on its tail. Tyrunt is known to be selfish and spoiled, throwing tantrums when displeased. Its strong jaws can crush an automobile, and it often injures others, including its trainers, while playing. It is believed to have lived 100 million years ago, and theories suggest its form may have been different.
