Brionne

Brionne, known as オシャマリ in Japanese, is a Water-type Pokémon introduced in Generation VII. It evolves from Popplio starting at level 17 and evolves into Primarina starting at level 34. Brionne is a light blue, sea lion-like Pokémon with three frill-like growths around its body that resemble a ballerina tutu. It learns its dances by imitating other members of its colony, and sometimes even humans, practicing diligently until it masters them. As it dances, Brionne creates water balloons, which it uses in battle to confuse opponents before attacking. This cheerful Pokémon only shows its sadness to those it trusts. Brionne is also known as the Pop Star Pokémon, and is talented in singing and dancing. Its name may come from a combination of "brio" (vivacity of style), "brine" (salty water), and "ondine" (a type of female water nymph).
