Rockruff

Rockruff (Japanese: イワンコ Iwanko) is a Rock-type Pokémon introduced in Generation VII of the Pokémon series. It resembles a small, quadrupedal canine, primarily light brown with darker brown markings on its muzzle, paws, and ear tips. Rockruff has a distinctive ruff of grayish-white fur around its neck, studded with dark brown pebbles. It possesses an exceptional sense of smell, able to remember scents and use them to track down its Trainer. Rockruff is known for its friendly nature, making it a popular choice for novice trainers. However, as it matures, its disposition becomes more wild and independent, and it may leave its trainer prior to evolution. It intimidates opponents by striking the ground with the rocks on its neck, and does so when uneasy. Rockruff evolves into Lycanroc at level 25. The form of Lycanroc depends on the time of day and Rockruff's ability: Midday Form, Midnight Form, and Dusk Form. It has appeared in various anime, manga, and games, each showcasing different abilities and skills.
