Comfey

Comfey (Japanese: キュワワー Cuwawa) is a Fairy-type Pokémon introduced in Generation VII. It is not known to evolve into or from any other Pokémon. Comfey is a small, light green Pokémon with several flowers surrounding it. Its main body has an orange face with oval, light green eyes. On top of its head is a long, fluffy green crest that curls slightly over its face and extends backward. Comfey produces thin blue thread-like vines that come from the back of its head and may have several flowers attached to it. Comfey picks flowers and creates garlands that it gives to those it likes. It spreads oil from its body on these flower rings, emitting a soothing fragrance that can help both itself and its allies. This aroma is often used for treatment in Pokémon Centers and hospitals. When attacked, Comfey throws its flowers to create an opening to flee or strike back. Comfey's design is based on a lei, a traditional Hawaiian garland, and its name is likely a combination of "comfy", "lei", "comfrey" and "fey".
