Kommo-o (Japanese: ジャラランガ Jararanga) is a dual-type Dragon/Fighting pseudo-legendary Pokémon introduced in Generation VII in Pokémon Sun and Moon. It is the final evolution of Jangmo-o, evolving from Hakamo-o starting at level 45. Kommo-o is a bipedal, reptilian Pokémon covered in scaly armor. Most of its body is gray with some lighter gray areas as well as yellow and red markings. It has a rounded, beak-ish snout and small eyes nearly hidden under its head armor. The top of its head is covered by an elaborate arrangement of scales, with a yellow oval scale with a red heart-shape at the base. Kommo-o threatens enemies by jingling the scales on its tail and will only battle steadfast opponents. According to legend, Kommo-o's glittering scales are meant to drive away a great darkness, and its pursuit of strong foes is also to gain the power needed to defeat it. Kommo-o can learn unique moves like Clanging Scales and Clangorous Soul, and can unleash a powerful Z-Move called Clangorous Soulblaze.
