Magearna (Japanese: マギアナ, Magiana) is a dual-type Steel/Fairy Mythical Pokémon introduced in Generation VII. It is classified as an Artificial Pokémon, created by a brilliant scientist 500 years ago. Magearna has the power to perceive the emotions, thoughts, and feelings of other Pokémon. When a Pokémon is injured, Magearna feels its pain and will do its best to help. At its core is a spherical construct called the 'Soul-Heart', created by collecting life energy from other Pokémon. Magearna's body is primarily metallic, with a design that blends mechanical dolls and Poké Ball elements. Its head gear and skirt-like lower body are very distinctive. It also has a special form, known as 'Original Color Magearna', colored gold and red, which is how it looked when it was first created. Magearna does not evolve and has no known evolutionary line. Its unique design and abilities make it a beloved character in the Pokémon series.
