Skwovet (Japanese: ホシガリス Hoshigarisu) is a Normal-type Pokémon introduced in Generation VIII. It resembles a gray squirrel with round, bulging cheeks and a large, fluffy tail. Skwovet is known for its gluttonous nature and tendency to hoard food, storing large quantities of Berries in its cheek pouches. If it cannot find Berries, it will even stuff pebbles into its cheeks to alleviate hunger. Skwovet is commonly found in the Galar region, frequenting farms and trees in urban areas. It evolves into Greedent starting at level 24. In the anime, Goh caught a Skwovet which later evolved into a Greedent. Skwovet's image appears on various Pokémon merchandise, such as plush toys, keychains, and trading cards.
