Hattrem

Hattrem (Japanese: テブリム Teburimu) is a Psychic-type Pokémon introduced in Generation VIII. It evolves from Hatenna starting at level 32 and evolves into Hatterene starting at level 42. Hattrem is a small, vaguely humanoid Pokémon with a pink body and a large, witch hat-like mass of blue, white, and pink hair surrounding its head. On the sides of its head are two braid-like appendages, resembling ponytails, that it uses to stand on. Hattrem dislikes strong emotions, perceiving even happy emotions as noise. It will pummel those expressing strong emotions with its braids to silence them. It is said that one blow from Hattrem’s braids could knock out a professional boxer. Because of this behavior, it is known as the 'Serene Pokémon' because of its efforts to create a quiet environment. In regions dominated by Hattrem, other Pokémon live in fear of its retribution, yet not too much fear, so as not to trigger its dislike of strong emotions. Hattrem has various move learning methods, including leveling up, via Technical Machines (TM), via move tutors, and via breeding.
