Frosmoth

Frosmoth (モスノウ) is a dual-type Ice/Bug Pokémon introduced in Generation VIII. It evolves from Snom when leveled up with high friendship at night. Frosmoth is a white, moth-like Pokémon with a round body, of which the upper half is thicker, giving it the appearance of a ruff. It has deep blue eyes, long eyelashes, a blue jewel between its eyes, and two long antennae that are gray at the tip with trapezoid patterns. Frosmoth has large wings that are gray with a white rim, with the same patterns on its wings as on the tips of its antennae. It typically keeps its arms crossed, and its usually obscured palms have heart-shaped pads. Ice scales from Frosmoth's wings can fall like snow. The wings' temperature is around -290 degrees Fahrenheit. Frosmoth attacks those who desecrate nature, using its icy wings to create blizzards. It enjoys drinking clean meltwater.
