Arctovish, known as Uochilldon in Japanese, is a dual-type Water/Ice Pokémon introduced in Generation VIII. It is considered a hybrid fossil Pokémon combining fish and plesiosaur traits. The plesiosaur part is blue and white, with a blue tail and a fin on top. Its flippers are blue with white patches and spots on the end. The fish part is upside down, with a round blue head, black rectangle pupils, and a mouth on top of its head. It has difficulty eating due to its mouth being on the top. Its facial skin is impervious to attacks. Though it is thought to have gone extinct due to breathing problems, this is likely incorrect because it’s made from two distinct fossils. Arctovish's design is possibly based on inaccurate fossil reconstructions and paleontological hoaxes. In competitive play, it's not widely used. The name 'Arctovish' is likely a combination of 'arctic', 'vicious', and 'fish'.
