Regidrago (Japanese: レジドラゴ) is a Dragon-type Legendary Pokémon introduced in Generation VIII as part of the Pokémon Sword and Shield Expansion Pass, specifically in The Crown Tundra. It is a member of the Regi quintet (or sextet if you include Regigigas), which includes Regirock, Regice, Registeel, and Regieleki. Regidrago has a spherical, golem-like body made of crystallized dragon energy, which is densest at its core. It has a pattern of seven blue dots resembling a 'Y' on its face. Its arms resemble a dragon's jaw, with the right arm as the upper jaw and the left as the lower jaw. According to lore, Regidrago was created by Regigigas using crystallized dragon energy. Due to its composition, it is said to have the most powerful Dragon-type moves of all Pokémon. Regidrago can convert its life force into power and attack its opponents. It is also the only known Pokémon capable of learning the move Dragon Energy and having the ability Dragon's Maw. In Pokémon GO, Regidrago has a relatively low Attack stat and a lack of a STAB Fast Move, making it less competitive compared to other Dragon-type Pokémon.
