Floragato

Floragato, known as Nyarote in Japanese, is a Grass-type Pokémon introduced in Generation IX. It evolves from Sprigatito and eventually evolves into Meowscarada. Floragato is a feline Pokémon with green fur, plant-like leaves around its neck, and a facial pattern resembling a mask and tie. A flower bud is located on its neck, which it uses like a yo-yo. Floragato is mischievous, loves showing off, and craves attention. If its Trainer doesn't give it enough attention, it may misbehave, such as tying the sleeping Trainer with its vine. Floragato's fur hardens based on its mood, becoming needle-sharp when ready to battle. The vine hidden in its fur is used to wield the hard flower bud to attack opponents. It is also described as intelligent and dexterous, utilizing the bud skillfully in combat.
