Quaxwell

Quaxwell (Japanese: ウェルカモ Welkamo) is a Water-type Pokémon introduced in Generation IX. It evolves from Quaxly starting at level 16 and evolves into Quaquaval starting at level 36. Quaxwell is a humanoid duck Pokémon with a blue, curved crest on its head, a blue W-shaped marking on its face, long legs, and feet that resemble ballet shoes. It has a serious and stoic personality, but can also be temperamental. Quaxwell learns dance routines by observing the movements of people and Pokémon from various regions, and constantly trains to improve its strength and technique. They train their leg muscles by running through shallow waters, and compete with each other to see who can kick most gracefully. Quaxwell's crest is capable of absorbing impacts, but it will become unwell if it's unkempt. It is known as the Practicing Pokémon due to its hard-working nature. In the anime, Dot's Quaxwell is her first Pokémon, evolving during her battle with Gym Leader Larry.
