Fidough, known in Japanese as Papimocchi, is a Fairy-type Pokémon introduced in Generation IX. It resembles a small dog, primarily colored creamy white and yellow. Its ears, collar, and tail are shaped like twisted dough. It has a short snout, two black eyes, and two yellow bumps above its eyes that resemble eyebrows. Fidough’s skin is smooth and moist, possessing elastic qualities. When threatened, it puffs up its body to intimidate opponents. Its breath contains yeast and can ferment things nearby, making it useful for cooking and thus protected by people. It evolves into Dachsbun at level 26. In the anime, Fidough first appeared in "Welcome to Paldea!", belonging to Liko's father, Alex. Fidough's design is likely based on a puppy and dough, with its spiral-shaped ears and neck fur possibly inspired by the Kaiser roll and Ensaïmada.
