Squawkabilly (Japanese: イキリンコ Ikirinko) is a dual-type Normal/Flying Pokémon introduced in Generation IX. It resembles a parrot with a black tuft on its head, resembling a pompadour, and a round yellow beak. Its yellow feet have a zygodactyl arrangement, with two toes in the front and two in the back, tipped with yellow claws. Squawkabilly has four separate forms: Green Plumage, Blue Plumage, Yellow Plumage, and White Plumage. The forms differ only in plumage color and Hidden Abilities. Green and Blue Plumage forms have Guts as their hidden ability, while Yellow and White Plumage forms have Sheer Force. Squawkabilly are known to be noisy, territorial, and form flocks based on plumage color. Green Plumage Squawkabilly are the most numerous and powerful, while White Plumage are the least numerous, using their white color for camouflage in cities. In the Paldea region, Squawkabilly is used for the Flying Taxi service. Some Squawkabilly have been shown to mimic human speech, such as the one in Medali and Diana's in the anime.
