Finizen

Finizen, known as Namiiruka in Japanese, is a Water-type Pokémon introduced in the ninth generation of the Pokémon franchise, specifically in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. Finizen is a light blue cetacean Pokémon resembling a dolphin, with a pale bluish-white underbelly that extends to its lower jaw, eyes, and dorsal fin. Its eyes have two-tone blue and pink pupils, and it has a short snout. Pale bluish-white wave patterns adorn the sides of its body. It possesses a pair of pectoral fins and a split tailfin. Finizen creates a ring of water around the base of its tail by mixing seawater with a fluid it secretes from its blowhole. This water ring is used for play among its kind. Finizen uses ultrasonic waves to sense the emotions of other creatures. It lives in pods, competes with Barraskewda for food, and is preyed upon by Dragalge. Finizen evolves into Palafin when it levels up to level 38 while connected with another player via the Union Circle.
